...ou may leave. For learning its good company. But, security isn't there at all. People working at a package of 30 Lacs are scared to loose their job as well as People at 4 Lacs package. Probably other vertical are better off. If you are a Tech guy you should join the company even Ops is still sorted. HR as usual is at their best to work at. Leave policies are good, still depends on your manager. Health insurance is good.

This organization gave full support during the time of Covid waves. No salary was ever deducted.

Salary is average and work life balance is also okay.

Dislikes

Micro-management, Poor leaders, way too much politics, no trainings, hectic workloads, unrealistic expectations, no projects, upper management is worst in the world, no job security, poor infrastructure.

-Complete support for revenue generation, i.e, expenses given to grow business. -Fortunately had a good boss -Freedom to work and operate. -No stifling and micro-management from cross functions. -Cross-Functions act like they don't care. -Zero vision and long-term plans. -Good players and retention are last on people's minds, anyone can be thrown out whenever.

Dislikes

...rolled by the BU heads. -Your life smooth or hell, totally depends on your L1. -No compensation structure -No promotional structure -All happens, as and when the TOP management feels like doing things.

Nothing more like a job security. They will not give better salary but will not ask you to leave the company.

Dislikes

Too much politics, in every department.. If any policy launches, or any rules are getting changed.. No one intimate before Implementation. Employee care is disadvantaged here.. Partiality is on its peak..
