Probably other vertical are better off. If you are a Tech guy you should join the company even Ops is still sorted. HR as usual is at their best to work at. Leave policies are good, still depends on your manager. Health insurance is good.

Micro-management, Poor leaders, way too much politics, no trainings, hectic workloads, unrealistic expectations, no projects, upper management is worst in the world, no job security, poor infrastructure.
