...{ Tie-ups closes with other automobile dealership} they will ask them to resign. My Personal advise even if u get good salary & position in Cardekho don't join coz you will regret afterwards. You can't expect career growth & job security here.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Micro-management, Poor leaders, way too much politics, no trainings, hectic workloads, unrealistic expectations, no projects, upper management is worst in the world, no job security, poor infrastructure.
