...ny of India. A brand new plant is under construction in Bobbili, Andhra Pradesh. Salary is good for the begineers. But I dont know about increments. Work environment is not so good here. Otherwise it is a good company.

Colleuges are not so good. Here people are ready to put responsibilities on others shoulder. MD sir must have see the lifestyle of engineers and should give them more facilities rather to cut their money.

Positive thing about the company- aggression of promotors towards its vision and mission. They are in expansion mood. Promotors must see the reason behind high turnover of employees.

Collection of Worst team leaders in every department. So, they have made such an ecosystem that leads to a worst work culture. And that’s why Employee turnover is very high. The key managers need to learn the team building. Promotors should revisit its top line employees who are in fact the immovable liabilities for the organisation. And must ask about the high turnover of employees.
