Actually there is No management and no attention to new employees there is only value who's very old and senior but seniors are always not right,the management doesn't address to our issues,salary growth also not so good and same with career.

Owner of the company Sachin Sir is very supportive, and Gem of a person. and juzer (manager) also very nice , helpful person.😊😊😊😊

Colleagues are very rude, misbehaved,and they use vulger launguage in front of everyone.

I got appraisal twice in one year in this company

However despite of twice appraisal it was understood that it was just given to be there and take care of work and. Nothing to do with appreciation of work. This company is not suitable for women to work. Constant misbehavior happens with women and the boss is least concern to take care if complain is being done. The complain is left to the admin of the company which himself is another pevert. Rather than investing your time and part of career here search for another one. There is zero employment valuation over here. Despite of providing 21 paid leaves the boss does not allow to take leave in a very indirect way of which spreading rumours among to terminate is one of the way. Pathetic...!!!
