1. Work life balance is not created but needs constant declaration 2. Compensation is slightly lower conpated to the market. Hence, puts employees under the shadow of demotivatioj sometimes. 3. Middle managers in the org need to acquire more agency 4. A lot of sub par hiring is being done to be feasible financially but works the other way around for the company

Flat hierarchy, no micromanagement and freedom to work on your role as you see fit. Very innovating and forward thinking in its space.

Dislikes

...upto standards although thats changing now and more initiatives are being taken. Pay could be better compared to whats being offered in the market right now.

Good work atmosphere, manager and TL are fully supportive on workwise, Office location in the main city was easy to access to my home, Fully supportive during a pandemic,

...he growth opportunity, whereas newcomers are not getting any chance for growth. Salary is low compared to market value week off is only 6 per month, which effects the personal life, no fixed week off The hiring process is not Good, eg, not hiring a good candidate.

I like the Caratlane process which I have never seen before any of the retail industry from past 10years.

... that dissatisfied me i hope company will take care of all the employees! But Caratlane can also provide medical insurance for my family members too inspite of individual am happy to pay the the premium i expect upcoming days Caratlane also take care of our families.
