Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

The company is open innovation and adopts latest technology.i love fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable ,Best deal of new car And used car and globe client base.as a result I get travel in thane .and we work happily in collaboration .i also like the employee re. the best experience in my life.

Dislikes

It is very good Company but growth is slow .work pressure is very high ,sometime ,i have to work 8-10 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late in to the night .Mangers do not values an individuals unique strengths,which is why i have to take back my suggestion most of the time.and there is no on job training for freshers hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step ,which is a pain sometimes.
