As a Quality Head, I enjoyed working in Capture Meditech. I liked the environment here and everybody are very supportive. There is a great skilled workforce in the manufcaturing unit and things run very smoothly. And we also follow the protocols and never denying the commitement to quality. Capture Meditech has changed my perspective of working in manufacturing companies.

See,dislikes come when you dont like the organisation and having said that there are also dislikes..the one thing was when there are batches you may have to work for 1-2 hours extra. But when things are going good in organisation nothing feels as a burden.

There is nothing like dislikes but somedays I have to work more than expected hours and somedays i may have to work less than expected.
