The Labours are good, they do hard work for 270 rupees per day that also contractual.

worst work life balance. Corrupt Management and director. Use Slang with Employees, No salary hike or promotion. Place of deprive. A healthy person will also become toxic due to the ambient. Generac is not aware of the corruption. Management unfairly share incentives among themselves though the hardwork and target achievement due to labours and lower staff. I left the organization due to toxicness after serving 3 years., they did not gave my 45 days salary. I would be mad if I continue. They force employee to stay for late hours, Company starts its work from 4.30 evening where office hrs ends by 5.30. Makes employees to stay till 9pm or late night. Treating Employee as a slave. Please avoid Captiva.

I wish there was something good about the company which i could really talk about.

The company's work culture and company's Managment starting from the HR to your immediate Senior Manager, they will never be there to assist you on anything. All they want and treat you is like cheap labour, asking you to work late after office hours until 9pm and onwards eventough the timing is only till 5:30pm They took 4 months to give me my full and final settlement payment, you can understand from this the kind of mental stress i must jave gone through ,just to ask them to give me my own money.

Mr. Thampan (My reporting manager) who is a great human in nature, he taught me the complete business development & team management aspects. If he's not in that company I might gave my resignation letter on day one itself.
