Their behaviour towards the employees are not at all good. There is huge amount of micromanagement. Totally tiresome. At least it took me 1 month to get my stipend after repeated calling and at last they threatened me that they will go to lawyers. Terrible. Two of my friends didn’t receive stipend even after 3 months. The owner comes to office late, so he keeps us stay late in the office. Total exploitation of employees.
