I’m 27, I’m looking for Career transition

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! Learning was there on initial days then it become very monotonous after 1 month.

Dislikes

They install tracker in your personal laptop. They nothing in terms of benefit. On top they give you salary in cash which is highly unprofessional.

...enever I faced any confusion. Besides, the HR ma'am always there to help me out. The company is very much punctual about the salary. All over I'm happy with the work culture of Captain Cube Technologies.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike much. But I think even after work from home it could offer national holidays atleast. As there is no such holiday except sunday.
