Everyone one is supportive and you can ask anything to anyone. Work life culture is maintained superbly.

Dislikes

Offer very less salary. Even in that salary they will cut bonus of 10k, and also the whole PF amount will be deducted from your salary.

The remuneration is significantly high compared to industry and city. There is bonus which unimaginable but that is the only thing.

Dislikes

Hectic work culture, no balance, only politics, nepotism, favouritism. Filled with all family members of the top management. No policies framework, everything is as per suitability of the moment, whatever seems favourable to the management is final at any situation.

Accounting and taxation skills learning is average.

Dislikes

Company leave policy & high level of strong office politics as well as favourism. Old employees will not let you to settle down in office for a long period of time.
