Nice Friendly Working Atmosphere, supportive seniors no politics. Good Atmosphere for beginners and also experience person who are eager to learn more. Awesome, Talented, Knowledgeful, Open minded, Hardworking Bosses who always encourage talent and handwork.

Tight Working Hours, strict timelines, only two Saturdays off , less public holidays.

The work environment is very positive over here. Every employee is treated equally and appreciated by giving Rising Star and Employee of the Month. Also, the managers help with work. Even they provide training & lectures related to work and designation.

The team in Capsicum Mediaworks is very supportive in work. The manager gives you KT and properly explains the task assigned for 1st time. The fun activities which are done on Saturday is very joyfull.
