1. The culture is too bad. You'll be treated like school children. 2. Micro management : They'll see who you are talking to, they'll delve into your relationships and everything. 3. Unprofessional seniors : Most seniors don't communicate properly, the entire setup seems unprofessional. 4. No appreciation : You'll not be appreciated for any good work that you do. 5. Feedback : You'll be scolded before everyone and you should gracefully take that as feedback. 6. Forget work life balance.

Flexible hours but you have to work for 9 hours a day.

At the first year they told me to learn about x technology(for privacy I'm mentioning as x). They didn't provide any resources or courses. I have learnt on my own and I built a sample ecommerce application with the knowledge I gained. And they threw in a team where people don't know well about react native, but when I saw the code it was an absolute shit. No one will ever dare to understand it because the requirements are unclear and the project itself is a waste. Even though it is absolute shit and need to rebuild it from scratch the outdated manger still kept to showcase that he is doing work with us. I saw hell at that time cause I have patch the code that I don't know much about and I don't like anything at all the manger and the team lead with their outdated knowledge I haven't learned anything. They say they will help you but they make the work hell by giving repetitive tasks without proper inspection when you question them about the work they you're getting paid. So do what we say. But at the development level you will be unsatisfied cause you don't learn anything at all (cause you will be patching because of their ignorance in decision making). They don't do balance work-life You won't gain any skill(unless you work extra hours on your own for upgrading your skills) They won't give much priority to work-life balance because they are very good at making life tough.

They make you work long hours and you will learn patience, tolerance etc..

Dislikes

No work-life balance, HR will never listen/take action on your issues, Senior team members use all sorts of abuse to make you work long hours to meet deadlines. Tasks are impossible to complete in the time-frame they gave. They will not follow Agile Scrum properly. They don't have enough projects
