...s doesn't have knowledge and also do not appreciate to Ideas out by an employee. Just one thing was ok you will receive salary at the end of the month rest part I have not to appreciate.

1) No job security. 2) Not recognised talents 3) favourism 4) PIT Team includes scheduling team which handled by Deepak , he is egoistic person and a goon too. 5) femal candidates are not safe

POCS and RMs are chill and young..

You will do night shifts.. some might dont like this.. and depends on role as well.. benifits in terms of leaves can be improved and for night people compensations can be improved..

Unprofessionalism is there, biasness, different policies for different employees. So there is nothing likable here.

Unethical practices, Biasness, No compliance, Favouritism, Office Politics, Toxic work culture.

Company is good but work culture is toxic due to employees on managerial level…… that’s why there’s no stability……

Overall things depends on Manager, he can mould situations according to him….. No matter it goes for team wellness or not….. no one think about team but for self satisfaction and self wellness……
