Poor work environment and culture. Management is not transparent. Company policies, appraisal are not fair and no chance of salary hike and bonus

Company paid less sallary to knowlegable and experineced persons .. who have a better knowledge of a product and sales and pay high sallary to the persons, who is not able to work in any company after capitalvia fintech. If company want to grow thier bussiness then its time to change lower team management leaders ... And gave that command to persons who have a lot of knowledge of sales from other offices also.

The HR dept attempts to develop a healthy corporate environment and culture. The salary and benefits are appreciable.

Dislikes

The firm is not customer-centric at all. A customer acquisition manager would find it difficult to keep the customer satisfied and drive the sales together.

...lls. Work life balance and joy at work place gives extra flavour to hardworking. Timely salary will boost morale at high level. Best part it work culture and associations among pears, subordinates and superior is like a family members. Top level interactive and motivational session gives individual to go extra miles in his/her career. Recognition of individual at big stage like Quarterly RNR and Annual Bash inspires others as well. Company is actively participating in CSR activities as well.

Dislikes

Implementation of office timings (cut off) should be strictly implemented for individual efficiency and job satisfaction. Introduction of new policy may hamper adversely in past so deep analysis should be made while launching such policies. Must work on appraisal as per vintage and performance. Charismatic leaders should be given top roles.

Just begging they will treat you good. Co-workers were supportive and my manager were best.

Dislikes

Campus placement should not held by Capitalvia they will teach you nothing instead they make you feel worthless. They promise you 3.4 or 4.5 but surprise you will not get that. Instead of that some random story about how you are wrong the company work with it's policy. I think they should only welcome walk in interviews not any campus placement.
