Nothing, the company is worst and FRAUD, DON'T JOIN, Pathetic work culture, company has their own policy and just want you to confirm them at any cost. I got an offer letter of Capitalvia for international sales and when it comes to sign the appointment letter that is after 15 days of joining it is of FinoFy technologies, that is having no existence but showing that Finofy is having 15+ years existence, my manager was very humble and kind but the HR is very much rude to answer, he is not clear about the company and shows his aggression always. Worst to join this company.

The policies of the company, CapitalVia is a name which is having another company FinoFy technology works under on roof, they are not clear that to whom they are hiring, either Capitalvia or Finofy. I have to join the company after 10 days after accepting the offer letter, and HR will provide the appointment letter after 15 days of joining. HR don't know how to reply in this and said that you are not an official employee for the company to get the salary of 15 days working just because I did not sign the appointment letter and denying to pay salary of 15 days. sSuch a worst and Fraud company to work.
