Promotions and appraisals are slow. Processes are too arduous and time consuming leading to frustration

I didnt find anything best more over flexibility in Office timing. Policies are good no one follows.

Bad Management, The most our efforts and work wont get recognization and has to work like a slave. Finance team is the worst.

Toxic environment. Those that the big boss like will survive. To be like by the big boss you need to be mr yes person. Your opinion not valued. Reprimand more than educating and shame educating in meetings is normal practised. Your weekends , Annual leave or sick leave not respected and frequently required to join online meetings and/or required to reply text / email.

There is no job security and differentiation between permnant role and consultant role, where as coming to work everyone is equal and they will use like a machine. Nonsupport from the top management but support from other departments, other department heads and managers are very friendly and helping kind of nature.finance team management will pitches and force us to complete tasks, even if we don't understand the scenario they force to complete without giving support , they don't even give time to work on our own and keeps our mind in dipression.

Nothing - This Company is a Scam. They sent me start up check of 3350.00 and it bounced.

The HR person scammed me out of $244.00. DO NOT Apply at this company. It is a scam ring to get your personal information and rip you off. They will try and get you to sign onto a website called the Wick. This is so they can hide.
