This is best working organization for beginners.

Dislikes

Too much cost cutting from Employee salary and not provide medical benifit to employees.Mostly 3 sunday working in every month so family life of employees is very disturbed.

1.)Timely salary credit without any dedection even covid . 2) The medical and insurance benefit. 3) company have good working environment. 4) good supporting staff & senior. 5) working staff is cooperative.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work work pressure is very high sometimes I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night .
