...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

This is very bad company its reference are not good in all mfi. Salary are very low 10072 all included in no increment no increase salary no promotion.recovery is very hard

Salary are not credit timely no promotion no salary increase only 10072 and after full and final settlement not amount pay of notice period

This is best working organization for beginners.

Too much cost cutting from Employee salary and not provide medical benifit to employees.Mostly 3 sunday working in every month so family life of employees is very disturbed.

1.)Timely salary credit without any dedection even covid . 2) The medical and insurance benefit. 3) company have good working environment. 4) good supporting staff & senior. 5) working staff is cooperative.
