There is no job security. Very bad and ridiculous HR policies. Taking 10th certificate in original and not returning on urgent requirement is very worst thing ever happened to me.

Salary date is not fixed. No transparency in dealing with complients against employees. Monopoly rule is there in higher position holders.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work work pressure is very high sometimes I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night .

This is the good environment to work and growing ur knowledge but salary has very low and work pressure. I can learn many things but company not given the proper wages in the staff.

This is very bad company its reference are not good in all mfi. Salary are very low 10072 all included in no increment no increase salary no promotion.recovery is very hard
