Dislikes

Annual salary hikes are on the average/low side. I would suggest the management to look into that. This certainly boosts the morale of the people working hard here. Apart from this, all looks fine for now. No one know the future :)

Since it is an IT company and permits employees to apply for leaves, view their pending leaves, update their resumes, search through previous resumes, and perform other HR-related tasks, it ought to use an HR management system. The most impressive thing about this company is the office culture, the management is good and also the seniors and always supportive and inspiring, you will have the opportunities to learn new technologies and enhance your knowledge. Another positive thing about this company is the company is growing to become a bigger name in the industry.
