...tude, immediate help from my team members while working on a different projects. I got immediate help from HR while getting issues in salary related problem. I have learned automation testing using selenium tool, load testing using Jmeter tool, Devops defect tracking tool. I have got opportunity to take interviews of new employee for the company.

It would be better if there is medical benefit for employee. It would be better if there is any vacation leaves carry forward to the next year.

Management and seniors are really helpful. One can learn and explore various technology if s/he is dedicated enough. The people in the company are nice. There are no office politics. Culturally, this is a good place to be.

Dislikes

Annual salary hikes are on the average/low side. I would suggest the management to look into that. This certainly boosts the morale of the people working hard here. Apart from this, all looks fine for now. No one know the future :)
