Work life balance is good here unlike MNCs which torture for work all throughout day and night. After work is over you don't get calls from TL or manager.

Here, there is no scope for skill development and very less package for freshers with just 2 or 3% hike during confirmation

As per my experience capital market publishers is world largest frod company, here working culture has verry poor and sham, no salary and increment, MD also behaviour less, I am here working more then 2 years,
