Flexible work hours, Work atmosphere is good, Hike is good. Onsite opportunity in some projects are really good.

... have to run around for smaller things like any system issues, stationary etc. Payroll process is also not good, I was told to be given joining bonus upon joining they missed it giving silly reason that payroll process is manual here and Payroll team had missed your bonus. Finance Team does not deliver their services on time for example Form 16, many occurences have happened of delay in payroll processing. In Appraisal also managers keep you on hold and if your duration in comapny is less than 6 months.

...verall salary comoansation is very good. ( Fix pay and no variable component) 2. Salary hike was good 3. Overall learning was nice 4. Exposure to external assessment was good 5. Yearly offsite was good

1. Overall work culture was not so good, Delivery head shout at team on floor 2. No work life balance, team has to work on weekends as per manager wish 3. Canteen food quality is very poor 4. Delivery manager speak to team in very offensive language no one has courage to defend

...are about you but about their sales, don't even about your health your problems. They lie about everything job job designation, salary, timings, package break everything. And your manager will insult you behave like you are worthless because you are not performing because they just care about results, your sales target not about your efforts you are making like daily 500-600 calls 3 hour calling, 11.5 hours working although they'll only pay for 9 hours at the end you are wrong in that place. I suggest you all don't go looking other job opportunity

...s outside India get their appraisal and bonus as normal. Growth is very limited. Again reason being they will have to increase the salary and the company does not have the budget for it so they rather make work as a manager without making u one.

... they have no idea about incentive and if not then you are on PIP, favouritism . You won't get your salary after 45 days you get it after 60 days . Laziness in doing things which employee oriented things . Appraisal is an expectation. At the time of appraisal you will receive an email , we are sorry..... Canteen is the awesome part you should have belonging in one end and your bag on the other end Managers are been removed as they were nothing.Hire and fire In the End after all the pain the process Rammed down. And you have to find a new Job
