There is no difference between a Mule and a Capita employee. Poor compensation, no benefits or perks even on occassions like Diwali, women's day, no team outing, no RNRs on a larger scale. Dictatorship followed by the senior leadership.

Best part is no restrictions for a person willing to do some thing good. Every thing we need to develop our self is provided, our tasks are adding value to either ourself or company. If we have potential and committed to achieve certain goal, every one from top to bottom will support us to achieve it.

...edIn while in reality, they work on Legacy technology for a maintenance project. No Agile followed but HRs will boast they vacancies on Linkedin as "Great Opportunity" :P Seniors working here for 10+ years can't go outside because 1) Capita ties you in a golden handcuff with a high salary which no one else is ready to pay for poor skillset which these leads hold 2) They are not capable to clear interviews 3) Comfortable doing the same job for years, lethargic manual work and getting more pay The company doesn't do great in hiring as well. During my tenure, I have worked with many colleagues who were on a fake experience and some even had fake degrees. This could be another reason why some people never leave Capita. Onsite is the only benefit here but even after this some greedy people show fake overtime onshore and earn 3-4 times more than their UK pay because HRs and Managers are not vigilant. One manager had a complaint against him but he belonged to a higher management lobby was hired on a role as a QA Manager when he had never really worked in QA. Join Capita, join the lobby, l**k boots, get onsite and get rich. And if your self-respect is not dead, Repeat!!
