Is it perfect? Naah! But what place is? The important thing is issues are heard and actually addressed instead of being swept under the rug. For a cross functional department, inter-team communication and clarity gets challenging sometimes.

It's a growing company with ambitious vision. Founders are clear to grow the company with sustainable clients with integral approach for the long-term association. It's a startup environment where decisions are quick, management is approachable, and everyone is working to increase the business and serve the customers.

Like other startups, things won't be as organized as someone may expect and priorities may change as per the requirement of the business.

Salary timely comes and good as they buy you with it and make you work as per their convenience beyond office hours. Interviews are great as you don’t get to know what is the reality.

Dislikes

In a short period of time I realised how I got deceived during the interview as the reality hits you once you are here. Leadership shouts on unnecessary things, as a PM people don’t listen to you, business platform still at very nascent stage. Discuss with someone before you join here.

We had Audited more the 150 Suppliers & Manufacturing process and Learn so Many Things about New process.

No Meaning of Designation. Experience & Maturity Level should be one Criteria for Higher Level Designation.
