Less or no increments, you are at the mercy of your management for salary increments. Outside people hired and paid well than existing people. The appraisal system is perception based, even if you provide data points. At the end of the year, your manager will give feedback and eating based on his perception and not data points. Now to fire people HR is coming with tracking your hours, less hours non compliance can become reason for firing.

Depending upon your N+1 and Delivery Manager your professional life will do up and down. Plenty opportunities to learn new stuff.... Udemy and multiple other offers to train unr self.

...positions at offshore or onsite not at all. Not sure what is happening cross.. however it is good to look into salary revision.. specially for long termers... Hope things will move positively in 2025 Tleast ..

Not a good move for old termers for salary revision.. still in lower brackets.. can see lot of attrition due to this.. also not hybrid for few clients which hits again attprition.....

There is job security if you are performing average or above average too. The mentality/ culture of company is of service based. so as long as you have project , you are safe obiously but even if you are not on project then also you will enough oppurtunity to save your poaition.

In terms of salary and promotion , management says they doea not have anything in their hand. After covid they sets mind of employee of low to no incrwment. even if your project is doing well then also you wont have a good increment or in some cases low increment too.

1.Work-life balance was good since beginning of the project but recently we acquired one more project with the same strength in numbers. 2.Do hard work, management will give you promotion without any blockers. 3.Complete job security will be provided and training will be given to the bench candidates on new adaptive technologies 4.Overall company culture is good. 5.Company politics are there if you search with microscopic view.

Dislikes

The salary will never be adequate to what amount of work you deliver. On an average, the salary is 40-50% less compared other big service based MNC's
