...fe balance. But all these feelings depend on the project and your management!! Salary hike is less. Worst HR managers. They are best fit to vegetable markets for worst bargaining. They even threaten you that you may loose offer of you negotiate for more pay. End of the day candidate takes the offer and leaves the company early. HR will end up spending more than what they saved on 10 candidates!!

...hen I was a part of the org. It also depends on your reporting manager at times. Pay is on time on the last day of every month.

...oli from Vikhroli so for all those staying in the suburbs it's been a nightmare. Not paymasters, also very poor hikes given during appraisals. Post its merger with Igate things have not been the same.

... and junior managers don't know how to talk with new joiners or with employees. Hr's and manager are too confused about job role and salary/ location discussion. At first they agree on everything but once you joined they company they deny on everything that has been discussed earlier even if it's on mail ..and put you on bench and after 6 months asked you to leave due to bench period over or you are not able to be billable. Also your probation with not be confirmed and having said that they will kick you out of the company. Even if you complain to HR about the issues. So if you want to stay in this company don't stand for your rights and just stay as per them because manager and HR ...they can change policy anytime as per their convenience and ask to to obey otherwise there will be termination which leads to no job security in this company.

Capgemini has a good work life balance. Offers many financial offers like leasing of cars and many more options. Capgemini offers more on-site opportunities for the employees. The Hybrid policy is more flexible than focusing on the number of hours in the office. Have plenty number of offices in major locations in India so one could relocate easily within country.

Dislikes

The pay and compensation is way lower than any competitor in the Service based sector. After being for 3+ years just 15% is hiked till now on total compensation on what I have joined the organisation.

...ns with me like - Furlough leave, When i asked they told me about the furloughs. Also salary hikes are low.. For small Duration u can join like 1.5 years later u can switch.
