The Hybrid policy is more flexible than focusing on the number of hours in the office. Have plenty number of offices in major locations in India so one could relocate easily within country.

The pay and compensation is way lower than any competitor in the Service based sector. After being for 3+ years just 15% is hiked till now on total compensation on what I have joined the organisation.

Can you to office and come at any time. There is flexibility to that. Also leaves can be taken whenever required.

Not allowing to work from home Not giving huge salary and benefits. Not even got promoted even after telling.

Management, Support from TLs and managers, Job Opportunities are not there even if you are eligible you will not get any chance to change your Job Role. Biased behaviour of managers towards some agents.
