Everything is bad about this company. The organizational structure itself is very bad and HR as well.

Lack of recognition of rewards: In some teams everybody gets the award whereas in others only one or two people get it and the manager and leads in the project are being overlooked. 7. I worked in Capgemini 1.8 years, HRs are too toxic, very poor management. HR won't be talk you properly. I should recommend plz don't join Capgemini.
