No salary appraisal I have worked almost 2+ years. Don't Even get a single rs hike in my salary. It is the same form where i started. I also met with people who worked here from almost year and their story is also the same

The management and hiring team worst. before any escalation they don't have any proper guidance or such programs to aware about policies for new employees and no work satisfaction also don't have good projects and nothing for new learning and total time waste

No leadership qualities in managers ,After doing hard work and stretching after office hours ,you will not be rewarded HR is non reachable Project management is very bad Micromanagement at all levels

Very healthy work environment in different locations. Job security is strong. Very good for starting career. IT devision has lot of opportunity. Take good care of their in hard time like in corona.

Managers and above management have No emotions for A B C grade employees , they will just force you to work and only work , they want their work on time , no any benefits , no hikes , even no one cares about your skill , here they will just replace you by fresher recuitment .

Nothing , Capgemini will hire freshers to work instead increasing salary for their current employees.
