The worse part in Capgemini is, that CG gives employees variable pay(which is an inclusive part of Salary) in a year by considering employees will lose( sacrifice) this part if someone leaves the company before April every year after completion of one year. This is a pathetic rule/constraint assigned by the company, literally imposed as compensation (increment) get by the company is literally worse. I recommended, that CG must think about this part. Last year due to an increase in attrition rate, Capgemini paid half-year variable pay, the company took back this variable pay which is part of the employee's salary back due to leaving a company before April. This is really pathetic and miserable, literally, people lose trust and decrease the morale of new joined if this news spread all over the world as the world is very small.
