The worse part in Capgemini is, that CG gives employees variable pay(which is an inclusive part of Salary) in a year by considering employees will lose( sacrifice) this part if someone leaves the company before April every year after completion of one year. This is a pathetic rule/constraint assigned by the company, literally imposed as compensation (increment) get by the company is literally worse. I recommended, that CG must think about this part. Last year due to an increase in attrition rate, Capgemini paid half-year variable pay, the company took back this variable pay which is part of the employee's salary back due to leaving a company before April. This is really pathetic and miserable, literally, people lose trust and decrease the morale of new joined if this news spread all over the world as the world is very small.

... employees are from patni computers and they really don't know MNC work culture. Very unprofessional patni computers employees, they ask for salary of new joiners and starts harrassing them as they all are earning low.

.... No place to seat but forced to come to office and be there for 7-8hrs minimum. Very bad salary.

Once u go on bench, higher management will not help to get you new project, and will ask to go on BOTP (Back on Track Plan) and later will force you to resign no matter how good you are on your skills. Which sometimes injustice to employees.

Flexibility, allows for Anchor location and can ask the authority to work from location close to home. Enough support by the manager and the team to learn and grow.

Dislikes

... mandate and sitting in office for 7 hours even if you have completed your work. Needs to improve salary and hike as well.
