In Financial Services Domain : 1. Salaries paid on time, good compensations and shift allowance. 2. Excellent L&D system with free access to sites like Pluralsight. Dislikes

1. Pay scale / promotions becomes stagnant after 2-3 years. 2. No transfers from one city/state to another on bench even for genuine cases. 3. If you get selected in campus placements, get ready to get transferred into another state.

Likes

Capgemini has a good work life balance. Offers many financial offers like leasing of cars and many more options. Capgemini offers more on-site opportunities for the employees. The Hybrid policy is more flexible than focusing on the number of hours in the office. Have plenty number of offices in major locations in India so one could relocate easily within country.

Dislikes

The pay and compensation is way lower than any competitor in the Service based sector. After being for 3+ years just 15% is hiked till now on total compensation on what I have joined the organisation.

Can you to office and come at any time. There is flexibility to that. Also leaves can be taken whenever required.

Dislikes

Not allowing to work from home Not giving huge salary and benefits. Not even got promoted even after telling.

Obviously the compensation part of it. As a well performing employee in the company I believe I deserve better compensation but I'm still stuck at below par salary package
