The company was good but the project assigned to didn't bothered of giving appreciation to employe for doing great /good work. The appreciation and benefits were given to only the one those who never worled.

...also in navratri they raise cost of food items . I found this very heartbroking.as they are not raising our salary but they are incresasing for food items

It's very good for new joiner not for experienced person.

I am serving CG more then 31 months but no promotion or salary hike they are giving 1 to 2 percent hike for 2 years. We canot easily connect with HR. TL and Managers are ultimate.

... no appraisal. People are working more than shift time and getting disappointed. People with less knowledge is having more salary. Don't know how they are managing company culture.
