...e on paper only. No monitor on middle level management and listen only one side. If they don't like you, you don't have growth on your career, salary, promotion and end of the year wasting your efforts and time. Clients are happy but employees below middle level management are very sad.

Cg follows yearly payment for variable pay which worst policy of its kind in the entire industry. This policy is designed to avoid vp completely for the employees. Even if an employee resigns on 31st March, he is not eligible for variable pay. He will lose the entire years VP. This is nothing but day-light robbery.

This is the best place for the freshers. You have a lot of opportunities to learn new technologies. Here you can come, learn and leave.

1. No hike, If they hike it is a negligible amount. 2. If you work hard or smart your hike and position change purely the manager's decision. Most of the time they didn't even talk to you reg your appraisal. No proper discussion will happen during appraisal time.

Good work environment, Manager is supportive and client is also coperative. Team mates are par excellence. Overall very great experience and no politics within the team
