Lots of politics and leg pulling, Superficial subject knowledge, Compensation is not to the industry standard; however, it depends upon your relations with your reporting authority, if you are in good books no need to work even.

Salary is low and career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. And notice period is long..

Everything is bad about this company. The organizational structure itself is very bad and HR as well.

no work life balance, low in pay, seating arrangement is horrible, Fixed working hours, Disgraced Management, No one should join this company ever. Nothing is free even the transport is chargeble.

Capgemini puts employees first and definitely takes care of their work life balance, mental health.

The salary package is way below the market slab. Annual increment is also not that good i.e. hardly 2-5%.

...ns with me like - Furlough leave, When i asked they told me about the furloughs. Also salary hikes are low.. For small Duration u can join like 1.5 years later u can switch.
