Can you to office and come at any time. There is flexibility to that. Also leaves can be taken whenever required.

Dislikes

Not allowing to work from home Not giving huge salary and benefits. Not even got promoted even after telling.

minimal to No salary increase work culture- b2b weekend working, late shifts, scope creeps Gratuity is part of ctc and not contributed by company Rude behaviour of many people at key positions. CG has acquired a number of companies and the culture in those units is largely different from the CG culture

No salary, always given excuse even if we work hard, have been in Capgemini for last 10 Yeats they don't bother for increment. New joiners gets good hike and at last they are non performance, all work we have to do

Can we change domain after 16 years of experience?

I'm working as a technical manager (Java based) in a global Bank having 16 years of experience, my whole career is with banking and financial services. Current CTC is 34LPA. Now I think to change my job to get more salary, i get very few calls for interview because of 3 months notice period, and few of them were from different domains ( health care, logistics etc.). Is it wise to change domain? Or better to look for internal jobs with the bank?
