There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

Salary is not as per market standards. They do not provide you any reason for providing you hike and promotion , the management take the decision , the reason for the decision making on what hike to give a person remains unknown . Cannot leave a project , you would have to quit the job or face a lot other repercussion in the process of leaving a project voluntarily . No flexibility in that sense. . Cannot change your domain . Company is full of politics . No other perks , no benefits , the medical insurance policy is also not good ( any claim is bound to be rejected ) . A lot of old managers with old way of thinking .

They have a collaboration with udemy and coursera and many more . I learned few skills and this helps me to grow

Dislikes

No salary appraisal I have worked almost 2+ years. Don't Even get a single rs hike in my salary. It is the same form where i started. I also met with people who worked here from almost year and their story is also the same
