...re 3 day Per week as per HR Policy. But it may be 5 days as per Project Manager. Salary is good. Team Mates are good. Office Campus is good with greenery but it doesn't matter if there is no work life balance.

Additionally, the salary hike is disappointing, and the company plans to change the salary structure that was initially agreed upon at my hiring. Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime.
