Dislikes

1, No job security 2. Salary hikes max 2,3 % only 3. Most of the projects are migration projects and project duration is 3-6 months only. So whenever your in bench your job will be risky until get new project. 4. Many QA people on bench. Do very difficult to tag new project.

Likes

Good for freshers since they will undergone 6 months of training on C, Linux, DSA, Networking, debuggers, linux device drivers, OS and Soft Skills. Lot of exposure to learn.

Dislikes

Salary and hikes are very low.

Likes

Aricent was a good company for both compensation and learning of networking protocols, but since Capgemini has taken over, it's no longer the same. It's now a typical service based company with little hike.

Not a good company if you look at salary

Likes

1. Work Life Balance (No fixed hours for a day/week/months) 2. Better Projects and Customers to work for 3. Least Managerial hierarchy/ most people are technical. 4. Open culture and environment. Mostly things depend on the customer for you're working apart from companies local culture.

Dislikes

1. Less team building activities. 2. Pay grade is average. 3. Health insurance/transport/food/gymnasium and other facilities are chargeable

Likes

good salary and appraisal process. Work in newer areas of technology (only telecom)

Dislikes

Most of the engineering processes are driven by old hands making it challenging for adopting new technologies and tools. Moreover very poor L & D processes .
