...ndia side for the work that I did in multiple projects but none from my manager. No salary adjustment as per the inflation no, No relocation allowance. They just come up with excuses everytime.

Work life balance is Nil , Staffs are over workloaded , If someone is joining as a lateral employee from other domain then after 1 month from DoJ they won't give you time to learn and improve your performance.. if performance is low then they will immediately terminate , they won't care about employee family and their responsibility.

Good opportunity and atmosphere and easy going people

Dislikes

Compensation is not in match with experience levels. No Job security if people are allocated in bench. All transaction workings are manual and no specific tools for report generations.

Prefer for salary and work life balance... No in house projects... only clients workplace... Learning will be literally zero... Thumps up for salary... Big thumps down for Technical skills/Learning....
