1, No job security 2. Salary hikes max 2,3 % only 3. Most of the projects are migration projects and project duration is 3-6 months only. So whenever your in bench your job will be risky until get new project. 4. Many QA people on bench. Do very difficult to tag new project.

Culture is good but still subject to whom you are reporting. And your location. Please dont join if it is coimbatore

Pay and yearly hike. Don't think about hike.. You will get some nuts that's it..

Good for freshers since they will undergone 6 months of training on C, Linux, DSA, Networking, debuggers, linux device drivers, OS and Soft Skills. Lot of exposure to learn.

Aricent was a good company for both compensation and learning of networking protocols, but since Capgemini has taken over, it's no longer the same. It's now a typical service based company with little hike.

Not a good company if you look at salary
