... reimbursed but there might be less opportunities to apply the knowledge gained. Salary is on time too.

Dislikes

Totally depends on senior management, if they are toxic ,then your efforts will go in vain. Projects have different requirements and often hire people to do same monotonous maintenance work, nothing new to enhance career. Appraisals and bonuses are minimal as close to 4-5 % , talented people don't get rewarded and promoted whereas favourable, non talented people get recognition. Under hybrid mode, 3 days are mandatory to visit office which is okay but in case you are on vacation ,then you have to compensate for the missing office visits after getting back.

... to HR. No appraisal even after 2 years. Putting everyone in pip if not obeying. Telling to work on weekends without any pay. And many more etc

  • Skill development - Good

Dislikes

1, No job security 2. Salary hikes max 2,3 % only 3. Most of the projects are migration projects and project duration is 3-6 months only. So whenever your in bench your job will be risky until get new project. 4. Many QA people on bench. Do very difficult to tag new project.

Salary compensation and appraisals are spoonful. Terrible hierarchy and managerial barrier - after a certain level, employee concerns do not reach to the top level. Micromanagement and empty banters.
