I don't like anything abt the organisation

Dislikes

...ndia side for the work that I did in multiple projects but none from my manager. No salary adjustment as per the inflation no, No relocation allowance. They just come up with excuses everytime.

...he dismissed it, stating that such certificates can be easily obtained in India. Additionally, the salary hike is disappointing, and the company plans to change the salary structure that was initially agreed upon at my hiring. Furthermore, the company does not organize any team-building activities, such as team lunches or outings, despite claiming they would.

Work life balance is Nil , Staffs are over workloaded , If someone is joining as a lateral employee from other domain then after 1 month from DoJ they won't give you time to learn and improve your performance.. if performance is low then they will immediately terminate , they won't care about employee family and their responsibility.
