Company supports techies because they are the revenue makers, who have been frequently given training, career growth and performance based hikes etc. They get chances to work onsite abroad for short term as well as long term in US and European countries. Since I was a support staff, much was not given, but overall a good experience working there. Working environment was good and flexible.

Compensation is not uniform as per the grades. Managers and above are given hefty compensation with fringe benefits, whereas, juniors are compensated with much lower as per their supervisor's choice. But all the works are being done by the juniors and credit is taken by Seniors.

Great technical exposure to Cisco products and advanced troubleshooting. Good learning opportunities for freshers with supportive colleagues.

Dislikes

... manager lacked leadership skills, negatively impacting morale and productivity. Low compensation with minimal salary hikes. No MBBS doctors or essential medicines provided.

...re 3 day Per week as per HR Policy. But it may be 5 days as per Project Manager. Salary is good. Team Mates are good. Office Campus is good with greenery but it doesn't matter if there is no work life balance.

No Work Life Balance, Work Pressure, No Skills Development, No Working Time, I have done work for day and night and even on Saturday. Managers things about them they are the King of the Kingdom and are not supportive.

...ndia side for the work that I did in multiple projects but none from my manager. No salary adjustment as per the inflation no, No relocation allowance. They just come up with excuses everytime.
