...ndia side for the work that I did in multiple projects but none from my manager. No salary adjustment as per the inflation no, No relocation allowance. They just come up with excuses everytime.

Work life balance is Nil , Staffs are over workloaded , If someone is joining as a lateral employee from other domain then after 1 month from DoJ they won't give you time to learn and improve your performance.. if performance is low then they will immediately terminate , they won't care about employee family and their responsibility.

...m supervision so you have good chance to learn and grow - Promotions are fair - Decent Salary Band (If u negotiate well during offer letter) - Encourage you to keep skilling up

- Increment is nominal 5-6% - No higher education policy - No casual leaves - SCM and PO are completely non technical

Learning curve is very good Quality projects with good clients Management is helpful when it comes to learning and professional need

Salary compensation and appraisals are spoonful. Terrible hierarchy and managerial barrier - after a certain level, employee concerns do not reach to the top level. Micromanagement and empty banters.

as a fresher we can get to the industrial experience.

poor management, just contract works in Hyderabad with Qualcomm, low salary, no appreciations for our work and there will be no proper guidance for employees.
