Hire and fire is the ruling policy majorly for all branches. No company policy for appraisal and SOP.A complete autocrat company. One should not join this company if looking for a career. There is no professional qualified person in the management till now.

Entire working policy is of dislikes . Only salary is on time and huge turnover of manpower.

I don't have anything Like to update here. Just they pay good but after sometime u will be targeted by Internal Politics and without any concrete proof they start targeting you.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Our company overall great for us, because in this pendemic period company had support us we got our salary in time due to lockdown as per company rules every month of 1st day our salary deposited and it is great work good and friendly environment, all the teams members with our senior head all are support us the management is very good company policies is very good appraisal are fair and good salary hike every year with great diwali bonus, i thankful for my company and all seniors, all head's hr IT al all departments.

Nothing but i want my transfer in Chandigarh mohali location i am very far from my home atleast 450km from Mohali or Chandigarh 150km distance i can manage it , that's it help me if you can
