Even if you don't hv skills and knowledge it's Ok, bcos HR recruits on lower salary and package basis they do not look for skills talent and knowledge. 10 hrs duty for Sr staff bt no benifits. Even holiday working bt no CompOff no OT no benifits. After all this worst Food.

The company management is very flexible with solving the workers personnel problems. They are updating the skill of new technology and giving more priority of workers safety. Mainly the payment is on time.

For the senior level staff salary is fixed. but need to work At lease 12 hours per day including weekend day. Because of satisfying the client we are getting more pressure.

Cape is a great Training School. You get to learn a lot and that experience will definitely go a long way to help in ypur future career prospects. You also get to work in a multi-cultural environment with people from different regions and countries which readies you to face future challenges.

...a year annual day celebration, but again you are working the very next day :-( . As far as salary is concerned, forget it. They have never been good payers and off late increments are all things of the past. So join cape with least expectations financially but you can expect a great learning experience for your future.

There is alot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Saler is not paying as Contract based, career growth is like personalized recommendations, on the job training is not give to new joinees,

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
