Learned a lot in my project

Salary is very low even for associate No proper appraisal. Year after year they deny promotions even after outstanding work by giving some lame reason They lost all my trust with it Massive push for RTO without any specific reason Wasted a few years of my initial career at this company. Shouldn't have joined.

Good fixed pay. Good trainings learning. Good fun activities.U work at client side only. Basically resourcing company.

Dislikes

Hire and fire. They put u on garden leave if on bench. Bank clients they don't have any own projects. So u get released after 1 yr. Then capco fires u. Team lunch pune ppl have to travel to Mumbai. Insurance company tie up is worst.

Work like balance and employee benefits was good.

Dislikes

No promotion, yearly salary hikes were in peanuts, biased upper management towards team members, no rewards and recognition for deserving individuals and they will give only to specific set of peoples only.

... is secure until you have Billability and you don't mess up with the Management. Generally a fair company who gives 3 months notice/salary when they terminate. Until 2019, yearly hikes used to be at least 8% but post COVID, it reduced to 4-6% so the salary hikes are hardly matching inflation. One fruit a day to all employees is a good initiative.

Dislikes

No respect for those who serve the company for long term. No reward after 10 years completion meaning, your long service is no longer appreciated. Employee Insurance remains at meager 5L and there is a 50k cap for maternity which is same from the past several years though hospital expenses increased. No carry forward of leaves so one cannot plan long vacation when you want to visit out of country. Used to be pay master but not anymore. Company charges employees for any minor physical damage due to company assets (laptops) if certain parts are not covered under warranty. When you use laptop for more than 2-3 years, some small damages can happen. No or limited on-site opportunities even pre-covid.

... project, so have had some where it was good while some where we had to stretch. Compensation and hikes are good in comparison to competitors.

Dislikes

What I didn't like is some mid level management who think that they are bigger than company. A couple of directors are rude to the core, if you can fight it out, its good or stay away from that project.
